So we all remember the little hand that we used to pick up and manipulate objects I presume. I've seen it in videos of this version too.

On a PS3, how do I activate my hand so that I can move things around out in the world?

I'm fairly sure you can't. I would love to be proven wrong though.

You can only move things you can pick up or loot. Hold X and you can move it around tap it to let go, tap it again to loot it.

I was afraid of that. I've tried pretty much everything I could think of and can't get it to appear.

How are we supposed to set things up in our houses?

Yep, that worked. It's just that I never got the little hand to show up. Maybe because I'm in sneak mode all the time, but maybe the PS3 just doesn't show the hand too.
