My one handed skill has gone red from 38 to 20 i don't know how to fix it. Any help would be great thanks

You might have a disease, go to magic and check effects. If you have it will be listed here along with any beneficial effects. A potion of cure disease will fix it if it is a disease.

Something must be affecting it.. maybe something you're wearing, or something you ate, or sleep deprivation. Without the game yet I can't say.

I've tried cure disease potion and sleep and its still red. i'm wearing iron and steel armor. my weight is near max though

I leveled the skill up to 39 and it went away for a while and now that i've gotten up 42 its gone red again and down to 20
