I was wondering if there will be a third person option where it is centered and not off to the side. In the gameplay videos I have seen, when you are walking normally the camera goes off to the side. Why is this? I always thought the camera to the side was because you can see where you are aiming. Oddly, the camera switches to centered WHEN COMBAT starts, which to me is the opposite of what it should be.

Is this game going to be moddable? Fallout 3 and Vegas had a third person centered mod.

I think it would be great if this were optional. I find it a bit difficult to move around with the character off to the side and confusing when I'm in regular then switch to combat mode. Most games all have a 3rd person centered option.
