It's not in the manual and I havent really seen anything about it.

crap i sold mine! it didnt tell me anything about that and it gave some stats i couldnt use

Dont worry you can always just buy it from Maramel in Riften :turned:
Or if that's the one you had before, there are more at the Temple there.
