Why did my stamina go down?

My stamina was almost at 200 and now it's at 145, and red. Why did it go down, and is there a way to make it go back up without leveling up?

You probably contracted a disease that affects your stamina.

Go to Magic, scroll down to Active Effects and you can see what's causing it.

Okay thanks. It says Reduced stamina, bone break fever, drains 25% from stamina. How do I get rid of it?

I just bought a potion that cures all diseases. I'm all good now! Thanks guys.
