Radiant AI & other little touches

I'm sure we've all seen the previews for Oblivion's Radiant AI system. It had a great design but ultimately failed in execution and was reduced to a fraction of its former self. Needless to say I was very happy to see that this unique AI system returned and has been beautifully executed in Oblivion. It really seems as though the NPCs recognize each other and that their conversations exceed the realm of mudcrabs and provincial rumors. One of the best places to see this system in action is within the confines of the inns. The mother innkeeper recognizes her daughter and asks if she has finished her duties, the daughter replies no, and then proceeds to sweep and wipe down the counters. Lesser developers would have abandoned such a problematic system that did not meet their expected standards but I must give kudos to Bethesda for sticking with it and actually exceeding my expectations. Its like that demo with the bookkeeper of Chorrol has finally come to life in an actual game instead of a mere tech demo.

Please feel free to share any of your favorite experiences with radiant ai,radiant questing or any other system that has been implemented in Skyrim.
