hello there fine people of the Skyrim Forums.
i am having a small yet very annoying problem in TES: Skyrim.
I play on the PC, and when i enter my Items menu to examine my items (by pressing C ) thats as far as i get.
i cant rotate, neither can i zoom or for that matter do anything... though apparently i can equip the items (lets just say a sword) while in the examine window.

can anyone help me? because its rather hard to get through a few quests (*SPOILER*namely the one with the golden claw*SPOILER*) as i cant see anything.

yes, that is where my problem comes in (and where it starts to equip my items if i do).
i cant, nothing happens, besides some background noise from the menu
