She is one of the bars, and the Romance ammy is in Riften.The ammy is a reward for Mara's quest.Cheers.

Getting killed by a mammoth, giant and sabre all the same time. Ouch! Only level 8 so far, and I could barely do any damage to that big mammoth.

And I have to agree that woman in the inn for the Redguard quest is pretty :D
