Anyway, you probably have an ATI card/ ATI users seem to have this issue

launch Steam and select Skyrim

Now, when the small screen that allows you to play come up, select 'options'

Click 'Advanced'

check the box for 'FXAA'

On the left side, turn off antialiasing
