I know where to find the walls where you can learn the Dragon shouts.

But i never had the ability to upgrade them, expect for that only one......



Does anybody know where to upgrade them? Or where to learn the other words of a shout?

Someone correct me if Im wrong but I think it works like this. WHen you learn a shout, you learn part 1 of 3 for a series of dragonwords (or wtv you wanna call it). You then have to find another wall with the 2nd part of the chant. AND THEN i think after you have like 2 or 3 words of a shout you can hold down the shout key and charge it up so it raqes harder. Hope this helps

You can upgrade Fus (force) when you get to the throat of the world with the main quest.
