Was fighting a dragon and one of them stepped into my firing line and got hit by an arrow. They're mad and now I can't enter the city I need for my quest, going to try a few things, but this is lame, was wondering if anyone knew a good solution. it's at Solitude.

Edit: solution was die, some lizard dude there is invulnerable, as soon as you kill her she just kneels down for a bit and comes back to life.
