Is it even in the game? It surely can't be legal because i haven't seen any... I heard something about some orc dealer a few weeks back but i havent seen him... anyone know where i can find any?

On the road from Riverwood to Whiterun there is an Orc selling it, was daytime when i saw him.

I found a dealer on the road somewhere once, but otherwise look for encampments with kahjit. There's one at whiterun quite often. But yeah, skooma and moonsugar (which according to the tooltip can be refined to skooma) are definately in.

the orc was a woman for me, i was busy so i ran past her, she was somewere near riverwood/windhelm on one of the roads

I took out a group of bandits camping in the rocks under Whiterun and found four or five bottles of skooma. My Argonian isn't into that kind of... stuff. She'll be selling it off eventually.

There's a Khajiit trading caravan camped just outside the gates of Whiterun. The sitting Khajiit sells Skooma.

Just find Khajiit.

I found an argonian on the road between riverwood and whiterun that offered me some skooma and moon sugar to purchase.

You can get it for free while doing the main quest. You will come across it at an entrance to an underground dungeon/cave. Its a circular hole in the ground with steps spiralling by the side. Once you get down you will see a dead bandit next to a barrel. On the barrel is his drug collection, along with the skooma on the barrel. I think this is, if you are at riverwood, you need to go around the massive mountain, where the greybeards kickbak and it is sort of like in a mirror position to riverwood reference to the mountain.

Find the Khajiit caravan in either Riften, or Solitude.

They sell both Skooma and Moon Sugar.

Yeah it just effects stamina in potion form. I heard from my friend that one of the raw ingredients to make it into skooma, has similar properties from oblvion, maybe you can make a higher potent grade? Or start mass producing through alchemy and become a skooma producer, imagine trying to smuggle 100 skooma bottles into whiterun past the guards to sell to your local buyers.
Can anyone confirm the ingredient bit? I have tried finding the particular ingrdeint and spent a lot of time increasing my alchemy skill, i feel like im on a wild goose chase on the whole of the skyrim map looking for a needle in a haystack!
