Do all console commands cancel Steam achivements?

I just want to change the FOV and my eye color. Will Steam achievements still be disabled?

Is there anything in the Skyrim.ini about eye color?

I used the showracemenu command quite a few times now and still got the quest and stats related achievements. :shrug:

So you changed your race and you still got achievements?
