after I drank the torpor, a potion that increased my carrying capacity wore off. Since I could not open my inventory in the dream state, I was forced to creep around incredibly slowly because I was unable to drop items or use more of that potion.

Not game breaking, but definitely annoying.

You would think that the dream state would not have your baggage affect your mobility since you aren't in your body any more.
