I just love Skyrim's economy, it's so easy to roleplay in this game as a lumberjack or miner / blacksmith. I heard you can own your own shop, but I haven't actually done this yet, anyone know how?

While you don't earn money off it, if you marry a trader then they open up shop in your house. Technically you owning a shop. I don't know much about it other than that, I've not been looking to much into the business in Skyrim.
