If u are feeding just as you change back to human form u will not be able to go back into first person view unless u wait until u change into a werewolf again and then wait and change into a man again....

Also i dont know if its because they are feral werewolves but if u encounter werewolves other than quest ones (hircine ring quest, companions) in the wild it doesnt matter if u are a werwolf or not they will attack on sight...which is wierd because wolves and other animals dont
