Where Does It Show My Disease?

Post » Thu May 10, 2012 2:48 pm

People ask me if I am sick so I think I have a disease but cannot seem to find a menu that shows what it is or how it affects me. Any help please?

Thanks!

Active effects in the magic section, I think.

Yep, you're correct. It's a bit tough to quickly find effects though since there aren't any icons like in Oblivion (a mistake on Bethesda's part IMO)

It's in your Spell menu, under 'Active Effects.' You can hit 'P' to get to your spell menu quickly. This bugs me, too. There are some diseases that can majorly change how you play the game if you let them become full-blown. I think Bethesda should add something to the hud, so the player doesn't have to check all the time, i.e. make the Health bar stay on the screen all the time if you've contracted something.

Probably just another attempt by Beth to "simplify" their games for this generation of gamers... Christ, I'd love to see a 15 year old CoD player try to navigate their way through a point and click adventure game.
