I have number keys

WARNING: Topic applies to PC's only.

First off I want to say, you guys have done a phenomenal job, and im loving the game, with the exception of a couple of points.

1. I have number keys. Yes i really do, in fact, most pc users do...... for some STRANGE, UNFATHOMABLE, COOKY reason (i am attempting to refrain from [censored]ing about consoles) you decided not to make my experience a bit more fluid by allowing me to use them. While i would agree that they cant be used in exactly the same way as other similar games due to the dual wielding, i do believe we can come up with a nifty way to use them to make our (PC USERS) experience more enjoyable! The way i see it there are a number of ways they can be implemented, the following are my favorite :
A. A number key can be assigned to a weapon or spell, when assigning said weapon or spell, you pick whether it is put in left hand or right hand or both (spells only), you can also assign them to potions and ammo types.
B. (PREFERRED) Some of the number keys are assigned to weapon/spell loadouts, where you are actually assigning both hands to one key picking your combo of spells/weapons, the remaining keys can be assigned to potions and spells, if assigned to spells you can actually use the spell with by holding that key without "permanently" changing the "loadout" of your hands. If you have a weapon and a spell, then the spell hand uses the key press, if you have dual weapons, one hand (always the same hand) sheathes and uses the spell, when done it takes the weapon back out, when using two-handers it sheathes the weapon, casts the spell, then takes the weapon back out. Obviously any sheathing that needs to be done will make it take longer to cast the spell.
-The reason im pointing out the two ideas above is that i find it REALLY bloody irritating to use the "quick"/favorites menu when i have all these useful number keys, i literally say to myself, every time i have to switch spells or weapons, "damn it, i want to use my stinking number keys!!", and i'm finding it so bloody irritating im going from not wanting to use many spells, to just not wanting to play because it feels so tedious.

2. I had some other issues, but none of them bug me as much as the above, in fact, they bug me so little i forgot what they were while typing the above!!!

I really do love the game, except for that one issue. Its one of the most stable releases i've seen in a long time, I had 1 crash in about 30 hours of play, I can minimize to search the interwebs and its pretty, even if its not AS pretty as it could be :P for unsaid reasons.
