One Handed Vs. Dual Wielding

Okay, I must ask why (you can get a talent to make) dual wielding attack faster per weapon than with just a 1h? Shouldn't the 1h already have that 40% boost to it, which you lose once you go dual wielding unless you get the perks? Dual wielding is a lot more difficult than single handed, and single handed (with no shield etc.) would attack MUCH faster as you can keep a fluid motion with your entire body, where as with dual wielding you need to stop the swing to bring the other hand across. Just a suggestion to Bethesda... Though i think my only hope of this is somehow achieving this through mod or console commands...

Also, no dodging, really...? Why not? maybe not something as exaggerated as oblivion where you roll 20 feet, but maybe a double tap to sidestep or backstep thing? Please?

Well, you can't block when you're dual wielding. Just think of it as a trade off.
