One question, does the main quest difficulty follow ur level? Like it was in Oblivion, if u were low level ur enemy's would be low level, higher level u were , higher level opponents would be.

Im confused because i got stuck on Main quest , the one where ur in some party and need to find out some things about dragons, while u have just few basic things with u that some guy smuggled in for u.
Thing is i always get pawned by 4-5 of some over powered elves,compared to me. Im level 8, and after 10 tries i had to go into TGM, and it even took me quite a bit of time to end that quest with TGM on, and not to mention big troll on end of the cave that would kill me in 2 blows if i haven't had God mode on.

So, in order to pass the main quests we need to do as many side quests and exploring (grinding up) as we can so we can keep up with the enemies that wait us in main quests?
