Bound Sword? : V

So I hear it does 30 damage. Weighing it against other weapons, it seems to be pretty weak. Does it get any stronger as you level up?

If not, then why would anyone waste magika to summon a sword that does less damage + has no enchantments on it?

I think it's pretty good... I'm level 10... But i have a Dwemer Mace so i dont need no bound sword!

My other swords only do 20 damage...

But there are perks that give them soul trap and make them dispel summoned creatures.

my bound sword's dmg was about 35-40 and with perk u get soul trap to bound weapons
