I've beaten some stupid nord who hates dunmer people, and a hot barmaid who didn't wanted to pay the damn cash XD
But didn't had any bigger fights in inns...

Apparently shouting was allowed. I 'Fus Ro'd him into a fire and annihilated him.

Yeah, I just bet a racist ass in a bar he couldn't kick my ass for 100 gold, then preceded to savagely beat him in a fight that moved into the kitchen and knocked a ton of stuff over. I got 200 gold and for some reason he likes me now. (I must have brain damaged him . . . .)

Had one good one in Whitrun. Destroyed some Nord woman. Kinda felt bad but she was talking smack! XD

^^^ To answer above the only one I had was when I talked to some broad and she started talking about how tough she was and there was a dialogue option to brawl. Not sure if you can just start hitting people...
