So my character has been a thoroughly evil bastard that never skipped the chance to swipe everything valuable in sight.
It's great, only now I have this horde of ill-gotten loot and I can't sell it to anyone.

I know there's a speech skill that lets u turn anyone into a fence after you've pretty much bought their store over (investing).
But I can't seem to get the speech skill to move up any faster. So I'm hoping there's actually already a fence out there already.
