where can i find more destruction spells? : V

I am level 14 and only have a handful of destruction spells. I have only found 1 guy that sells them. Help?

Have you checked with the court wizards?

The court wizard in Whiterun (he's probably the guy you found) and the College of Mages in Winterhold. Those are where I found mine so far...

i've been to the guy in the mages guild but he only has a few destruction. Not sure whether or not they get better as you level up, but I can't get any new ones because of a quest event.

Also, anyone feeling a bit underpowered as a mage? I mean I run out of magicka so easily
