wheres a good place to stash my phat lewts(not stolen of course ) ?

I began dumping all my stuff in the Throne room of Dragonsreach(in whiterun) and its all still there. I have 15k so i should go ahead and buy a house but i really dislike the Whiterun house layout and i literally haven't explored any other city except Morthal.
