I found him too. He dosn't run away like in Oblivion. He said the following things to my Nord:
"I saw a mudcrab by the waterfront, awful creature"
"What is wrong with shouting? M'aiq thinks it is okay to shout"
After that, he wouldn't talk to my Nord anymore. He would only say "M'aiq is done talking" or "Go away".
