The first thing I did after getting the game was installing it. It's much easier on the xbox.

And no, I had no problems with any bugs due to the installation. Make sure you have the patch downloaded.

The bug is very real and very ugly, I and everyone I know who got the game for 360 have encountered it. Even if you don't install it a lot of the textures still look bad. Snow looks awful in particular and it makes the City of Windhelm looks like it's straight out of Morrowind.

Yeah I've installed every game since I've had the option to. It really prevents wear and tear on the xbox. Thank you for the info!
