IT seems my horse just ran away or the stable guy stole him to resale it back to me.

i had the horse last time i went to town and got the a night to remember quest. ended up elseware but when i got back to the initial stables it was no longer my horse. I have fast traveled around to different places hoping to get it back but to no avail.

any suggestions?
