I have a 30 point penalty to my one-handed according to leveling window.

There are no effects on me under Magic / Active
I've slept;
I've been to a temple to get blessing;
i only have warrior stone active
i tried removing all wearable items

I can still pick perks that are 50 pts (my rating) but at the start of the one-handed skill tree the number is RED and says 20.

Can someone help me to get this fixed? I posted under tips with no answer but I'm starting to think it's a bug.

This is a bug with the game. Try raising your one-handed, either by using it or paying a trainer. That seems to fix it.

I've had an arrow stuck in my left kidney for my last 4 play sessions. I don't even see it anymore.

I've run into this as well, same stat (one handed) and it was stunted 20 points with nothing showing in active effects. It went back to normal when I raised the skill.

Happened to me for archery. I think it went away when I put a perk on it or something like that.

Thanks. I can confirm it goes away after the ability levels one up; so when i went from 50 to 51 the debuff went away.
