Ok, so im a hardcoe gamer, usually playing Gears of War or Resident Evil, but i thought I would give Elder Scrolls a try because of how great the reviews were, and so far I'm loving it

However

I'm beyond stuck right now, i dont know what the heck to do, I'm trying to get to Whiterun to see Jarl, and every guard on the way keeps attacking me, which i dealt with slowly with a bow and arrows from a distance, but once i get to Jarl, he kills me himself.. Did i do something wrong at the start of the game, like im not dumb, but aren't i there to warn him about the dragon, now im there getting killed by the 10 + guards inside with him, and if i manage to get to him, he kills me himself.

What do i do

seems you done a serious crimes and dont kill the guards if they dont attack

So what do i do? i mean yah i killed like 2 people because im just exploring the games abilities, do i need to restart or something?

Ya somehow you gotta clear your criminal record.

When the guards attack you try and yield.

try to yield? like let them take me to jail?

I loled. Most likely the point you are at you dont have any clean saves so the only real way to go is to restart. Also in the future if you want to remain at peace with the guards, never resist arrest and always pay your fine. Then you wont have a problem. Or better yet be like me and dont get caught.

what two people you kill was it in a town

yah i killed 2 people in river wood...

so what just let them take me to jail?

yeah or pay fine if you wanna kill with out bounty do it outside of towns or dont get caught
