Any point increasing skills above 100 in skyrim?

I dont think there was any improvement in the last 2 TES games above 100

Just wondering if they finally fixed that or are they still sticking to 100 means the end to fortify skill potions and enchantments?

Far as I know, the skill cap is set at 100.
