I'm confused. I understand Imperial Legion want to keep Skyrim in the Imperial hands. And Stormcloaks is a rebellion, people who would like to make Skyrim independent province.

But who's "bad" and who's "good" ? What's really behind those sides? Do Nords like Stormcloaks more or Legion more?
