My class is Imperial, which has the bonus perk of wrecking anyone in my path! Lydia, as of now, is my companion. Maybe soon I'll court her with her mother's approval.
The sad thing about companions is that you don't have as much control over them as you did in fallout. Is it too much to ask for Lydia to keep her head down, stay in the back, and shoot some freaking arrows?

I watched him take out 3 wolves, this convinced me he was a pretty tough dude so I didnt mind him following me.

Mine is Aeia from the companions guild. I also have a "war dog" that someone sold to me for 500 gold

The funny part is a few minutes after posting this I used the "wait" command for 24 hours and got the message "Your dog was gone home"

had faendal, died fighting draugr in bleak falls barrow. then i got some girl with plate armor in whiterun, died soloing a harpy that i ran away from. After looting her i finally decided to make use of my housecarl. Together we've slain 5 dragons, just wish she wouldnt run into traps...

do you have a house that he may have went to? If not...then The dog was a liar and used you.


I heard that the only way companions could die are by traps or by you doing the final blow. They said that if an in game enemy brought your companion near death then he/she would just crouch down and heal. They should really work on their intelligence. Lydia just loves to run into every single freaking trap she can possibly find!

everytime i shout "storm call" that kills my companion So Lydia died from lightning I am now looking for a tank with a shield, any ideas?

I used Sven for some time, and decked him out in steel armor and the works, but then I grew tired of him, and got the Breylen\a (or something similar) girl from the College of Winterhold.
