I walk out side of whiterun and I notice a tent that wasn't there the day before. A kahjiit merchant had set up shop. I come back the next day and he's gone.

I walk around the roads and spot a noble on horseback. I see a farmer carrying a cow to the giants as a sacrifice. Some guys partying by the side of the road offer me some ale!

I feel like this world is living and breathing. Great job. Really great.

Yea its really awesome, the world seems to progress even if your not doing any quests, it still feels like a lot is going on, I even saw 3 people today who where talking about going to a wedding I was like holy crap, I wonder if I follow them I can go see it too and it actually happens 0.0

A man ran up to me in the middle of nowhere and gave me to a sword to hide he stole.
He snuck off and was shot in the back and killed by a pursuer, who I then gave his sword back
