I just started doing the Dark Brotherhood questline and i noticed that the Helm they give you dosent show the Red Mask that i saw them wearing...But i fund the same Helm on a shelf and it said Maskless??? WTH??

Im assuming its a bug or is there a helmet that does give you the red mask with it? Playing on Xbox 360 so if anyone knows please let me know...its just been bugging me is all

Are you playing as an Argonian? That might be why, because it doesn't show up on mine and I really want the face mask.

I've noticed this too, seems like for some idiotic reason only females get the mask.

Playing as a Dunmer male, used console to see how it looked as a female Dunmer and voila, mask is there suddenly, change back and it's gone.

I found that while playing as an Argonian male, so I tried it on but it kind of glitches through your head. It's probably a bug.

Yeah, both of them do. The normal one with a mask only glitches a little(for me, at least), you can see a little part of his jaw-line horn sticking through. The maskless version, however, is completely glitched, the entire sides of his face are sticking out, and it clips into one of his eyes. Hope Beth fixes this, I want my masked cowl!

Do you have any idea what the maskless version looks like if it wasn't glitching?

Another question...is the cowl that is dropped on the back, like on the Dunmer Assassin from the old Screen, that can also sometimes be seen during a loading screen, in the game? If so, where o you get it? I can't stand the shape of the cowl...
