So I recently finished getting Skyrim off Steam and can't but notice my MP/HP/Stam bars keep disappearing for no sod-popping reason. They seem to pop up without rhyme or reason and then call it day seconds later. I poked around google and found console commands to disable the HUD entirely, but nothing to make it stay put. How does one make the those 3 critical bars(Health Magic Stamina) stay on the bloody screen?! I can overlook all the other quirks but this just makes the game damn near unplayable.

And while I'm at it; why can't I block while I have magic ready? Why cant I block or cast magic while duel wielding? I can live with these two quirks but they certainly take away from the experience. I didn't drop 68 quid on Skyrim for a buggy nonsensical mess.
