My tab button just keeps randomly failing to work, and sometimes when I'm in dialogue it means I have to quit to desktop and lose my progress. It's only just started happening after 12 hours played so far... Why is it doing this?!

It's also happening sometimes with my V button which I use to activate.

I hear the sound being played when you activate something, but nothing happens.
