I am Great Chambelland Proventus Avenicci, i am writing on behalf of my client Sir Alakon the Barbarian.

My client recently acquired a new propriety for the amount of 5000 gold. I let you imagine what was my client surprise when he discovered that the bed in the loft of his new propriety was owned by someone els.

We finally find out it was a Sir named Amren who squatting my client house ! But in fact Sir Amren is not squatting and has a legal contract of rent. Fact that you did not put in the contract of sale.

You certainly aware that according with the DCRPT (Department of commercial and Residential Property of Tamriel) what you did is totally illegal and can be a legal raison to break the contract because when my client buy the house he did not have all information to take a correct decision before buying. For the price of 5000 gold we expecting a empty house and not a forced Roomate.

So according to the Section 4562, paragraph 37 of the DCRPT you have 30 days to fix this problem or reimburse my client. Past this deadline and without any response from you, we will have to bring this case in front of the High Court of Tamriel.

Easy solution, have a nice quiet meeting with mister Amren and find a way to... Expunge him from the home
