How are you planning you Char? In Oblivion, I had to pick "non primary" or controllable skills in main to slow down leveling. Things like alchemy. While keeping Heavy Armor as a secondary. Are your characters leveling too fast in Skyrim?

I think that trade skills should be counted as 50% towards leveling. I dont want to do anything because I will level and be gimped for combat

This all depence.. does it stop giving you perks when reached the max lvl? And what is the max lvl?? Because, im building my character, and i need lots of perks for it..
