WTF? My One Handed skill was 52, and now it's 20! WTF?

I've checked all active effects, and none of them are doing anything to that skill... and when I go on to the perk list it shows it as 52...

Lol. I'm probably fretting over nothing, but my skill will NOT go back up, and it's REALLY annoying me... wat do?

Are you sure you don't have some kind of disease?

You probably have a disease or it is a bug on skyrim that will be patched.
