I have thee most [censored] glitch ever i have an ice shard through my character's face and it will not disappear any ideas? I have slept, entered + exited combat, served time the only thing i can think of is reload but its miles back.
So anyone experienced this?

Yeah a few times - I had to reload miles back....

This happened to me too, and it is really annoying. With me it disappeared eventually, after many hours of playing, but now I have an arrow stuck to the side of my face
Oh well, I guess we can just hope for a patch that fixes this.

I had sort of the same thing with an arrow through the arm. It wasn't too noticeable though. After a while it just disappeared. Can't tell you how though. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Do you have the spell yourself? I would assume the game has some kind of limit on the number of shards it would render at once so you might try shooting a bunch of spikes into a corpse or something? I honestly have no clue if this would work or not.
