Those are Steam statistics only (of steamworks games I'm sure), BF3 is Origin exclusive.

BF3 is currently not on Steam at all, it's only on Origin.

This is great news, because hopefully it will encourage Bethesda to put a bit more focus towards the PC versions of future TES games.

It's probably a considerably higher number then. I know I play in offline mode (in fact, I was furious at having to download Steam to play Skyrim at all.)
