Im creating a berserker orc charcter who duel wields but my question is does light armor and heavy armor effect how fast you can swing a sword? also i created a dark mage type of charcter that i really wanted to play with but at the begining of the main quest where you go to river run and talk to alvor to complete the quest, he cannot talk to him about that specific topic to complete the quest

Armor effects how fast you move, I'm not sure about it effecting your ability to swing weapons.

hmm ok i just want to be able to swing as fast as possible but also want good armor but i don't to waste skill points on heavy armor if it just makes me swing slower
