My ONLY compaint thus far...

(whoops, that's "complaint" there, lol)

Remember how I made such a stink about Assaults, Stealing, Murders, etc, not wanting to commit ANY of those things cause I'm all OCD?

Well WHY, Bethesda, WHY?!?!?!

Even sneak attacking the undead and animals that don't notice you COUNTS, AS, AN, ASSAULT!!! UGH!!!

... makes me so mad.

Otherwise I love this game. :tes:

What? Really? Ah well that makes sense then. I noticed in my stats that apparently I've made some assults, which as far as I knew I didn't. Thanks for pointing that out!

How could it not be an assault if you're attacking someone? Isn't that an assault by definition?

If they attack you first, it's self defense. If you attack them first it's assault.

SomeONE, correct, yes, but I'm saying even CREATURES now count as an Assault. Was NOT so in Oblivion. Probably a minor oversight by Bethesda.

Assault - A physical attack

By definition, it is not limited to humanoid beings.

That's not true in real-life or in the game.

Even if the assault is legally justified, or in defense, it is still an assault by definition. Even if you aren't given a bounty/warrant/arrest, it is still an assault.
