On behalf of the widescreen gaming forums, please make the UI compatible with Eyefinity.

That is all.

I never got what the appeal of Eyefinity was. You have big bars going across your screen from your monitor. I would never be able to play like that, personally.

I asked the same thing on that other thread that was pretty much this exact same thing, but not as populous as the infinite werewolf threads, and I was told that I shouldn't worry about that because it's like driving a car or something...with the main screen being your windshield...the "bars" were the car frame and the side monitors were periphery vision like looking out of your passenger and driver side windows. Or so I was told. :)

You know you want one...I do, heh. Probably need a way beefier rig though. I just hope they have FOV either set at a reasonable default on PC, or it is adjustable. Some cross platform games can be pretty nauseating that way.

Oblivion and Fallout 3 didn't officially support eyeinfinity, thats why it looked so bad cause the video drivers where just doing their best to stretch it.

I think that is what I'll end up doing. I wonder how weird it'll be to have my main screen at 2560x1440 (or 1920x1080 if the game can't do the higher res) with the side screens at 1680x1050...

Eyefinity seems to work well with Fallout and Oblivion. (Fallout unmodded, Oblivion I only have used Darnified UI) The only problem I have noticed was when the loading screens only take up the center screen.

I do love Eyefinity.

Omg, whenever I see this I wonder to myself:
"Why don't they just buy/make computer monitors more round and big? It would get rid of those annoying lines!"

Sort of like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOY2lREuwjU&feature=related

All i can say is, you havent played a Bethesda game properly until you play it in eyefinity. :)

Seriously fallout 3 looked amazing, you honestly dont notice the monitor bezels while your playing.

I play Rift and all my MMO's in eyefinity as well. i couldn't go back to a single monitor.

If you look at some of the bethesda company videos, you will see alot of them are also using multiple monitors.

Anyway all you need is 2 extra monitors, and a standard ati card. (cost of monitors is cheap nowadays)

It's not just Eyefinity... the same issues apply to the Matrox TripleHead2Go, and really, the capability to run on any as yet unknown monitor.

The "bezel problem" of multiple monitors disappears after you've played with them for a while... as long as you're using an odd number of screens, the center screen is intact, so the extra monitors are "added"... it's hard to complain about an half-inch of bezel when what's beyond them is something that you wouldn't have at all, otherwise.
