Um, I'm not sure. I'm not too far into the main quest because I've honestly just been exploring caves and mapping areas so I can fast travel there. I sincerely hope it goes on after the main quest. And I really hope dragons are still there after the main quest is done, like the ending shouldn't wipe out all the dragons like all the Oblivion Gates were wiped out.
