I went to gamestop today and since i lost my power up card a few days back, i just thought i could get my strategy. Little did i know they could be [censored] bags and tell me they cant see my preorder reservation on my strategy guide which i paid fully 1 week ago. Now i find out i cant use my trade in credit to purchase the guide if dont have my power up card. Please, if someone knows, i really need help on how i can get another card so i can atleast get my guide of skyrim.

This is really weird, you should be able to just give them your phone number and ID and they can look at up.

I never carry my card on me (why would I) and almost never have my reciept on me. I just give my phone number and im all good.

I pre-ordered a game from them one time and they sold my copy.
Now i'll only deal with Best-Buy and Amazon.

I didn't pre-order the game guide, when I arrived at EB games for the midnight release, I found out that they had only stocked up on enough guides to cover their pre-orders, which was 7. About 200 people showed up for that midnight release... Yeah game selling companies aren't very bright.
