Decapitations ?

Hey guys . Could be wrong but I thought during gameplay attacks could cause decapitations ? Did this not make release or Is there an option ?

Its a perk for the one handed weapons. Its awesome, i decapitated a ghost lol.

It's a perk in both one-handed ans 2-handed. Oh man, my first decapitation was absolutely epic. I was fighting a named "boss" bandit when all the sudden, in first person, my sword went straight across his neck and decapitated him. The good thing about decapitation in this game is that it looks natural... not silly like in fallout.

I'm really looking forward to my Redguard getting the one-handed perk. Some head-choppin' gon' be going down.
