Has anyone figured out how to trigger it yet?

I've spent hours and completed the Main Quest with her the whole time but nothing ever happened. Her dialog options remained the same.

If any of you have successfully completed Lydia's quest somehow please say so.

At this point I'm feeling skeptical if she even *has* a quest.
