Mounting the Alduin statue is beyond me...

This is slightly odd, but here it goes:

I've tried for a good twenty minutes now, and obviously, I don't want to break it, so I don't want to push it down with brute force. I've managed to get it sitting a few times but it's not very stable and whenever I touch it it almost falls off. The image that comes with it is really blurry, too. I always manage to get a lot of pressure on the right wing "claw", which is supposed to be across the cliff, so it kind of bends sometimes, which is not good.

How do I know I've gotten it right? Does it snap into place in any way?

And no, I'm no [censored] lol.

I don't think so, mine didn't. I just have it sitting on top of the wall as stable as possible and where it can't be bumped.

Uhh what? I don't think I even want to know...

I managed to get it sitting all right, without any pressure on any parts now. But it still doesn't sit perfectly, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be?

Same here, it looks good and there's no risk of it falling off unless your try to shake it or something. I just tidied up a shelf for it and the box to sit on :)

I, my office, a professional artist, a priest skilled in exorcisms, the Queen of England, and Akatosh himself have tried to mount my statue to no success.

That said, when it's on what I believe is 'right', it's pretty stable. Alduin's sitting right next to my monitor, watching me play.

Also could not fit him back into the box. Unboxed at the office.

Haha, yeah, I guess so, I'll talk with my physics teacher about it tomorrow! :P

But he's on the shelf now, watching his soon-to-be bane running around on the Whiterun tundra :)
